Facebook is dying! Does anyone have proven strategies to help increase facebook organic reach & engagement?

We just did a big 'march madness' style bracket that relates to our brand that only garnered a handful of votes (comments) each day vs the last time we ran a similar campaign in 2020 we had 30-40 comments per post per day. Help!
