Real talk headlines: Productivity to return with resumption of travel and in-office work.
I can't wait to resume travel. Far too many of us young folk see it as part of our pay, and many of us fear speaking up about it being axed. It should also be mentioned the learning and development experience that WFH takes away.

Never ever give up. After I was permanently due to downsizing and COVID in Marc 2020 I thought my career was over. I wound up living off unemployment and severance, working for $7.50 an hour for a month, and working for Walmart for 9 months before I found my way back into the tech field. I went through several 'almost' got an interview moments, a few 'got an interview but I wasn't what they were looking for' opportunities, and a severe crisis of faith in my own abilities before I got that break...$20 an hour working a help desk with no benefits.
Then a recruiter reached out to me. Now I'm working in the field I love and proving my worth to them and to myself.
Do what you must to survive, but NEVER EVER GIVE UP.
Never give up! Have your pity party then assess what you feel happened, what you can do better, tweak somethings if necessary and PUSH forward.
Keep searching… don’t give up.
