To be "fair" it would need to be greater than the current inflation rate, which is what.. 8-9%? So maybe 10-15%. Doubtful that anyone will actually get that much of a bump, but that would be fair.

like

Yes 10-15 % would be a stretch for sure!

like

I was just thinking of this and 10-15% is fair but will that be the case for most? Sadly no

like

I would love at least 10-15% but I don't know it is going to happen in this economy. Then again, healthcare certainly hasn't had as much of a slump as other industries....

like

Fair would've been if we gotten this compensation increase 2 years. ago, but better late than never. 15% would be great

What’s your current rate? Are you private or DSO?

Private and just looking for fair percentage

If it’s any less than 10% than it would especially be a pay cut when you take in to account the inflation!

I recently got a job offer from a company I used to work for that has a great work/life balance and culture but has a slower track to get promoted. My current employer has a not great work/life balance but it’s much easier to get promoted. Currently 5 years into my career currently bouncing between a project lead and a discipline manager… it’s a decent pay bump- 30%. But is it worth giving up the future potential advancements ?

Hi Fishes,

Can anyone tell me what is average salary for React.JS Developer with 3 years of experience and over all experience is 4.5 Years in IT sector.

YOE : 4.5

Asked for a raise and was told to wait for the annual raise period even though I was doing extra stuff on top of doing my job at a very high level and they would not budge at all. I started looking around 2 months ago and I just signed an offer for a new position with a raise just above 50% of my current salary. Know your worth and go get it!!!

Hello, after doing some research I believe I’m being underpaid. About 4 months ago HR did a market analysis for my role. They bumped my salary for about $2k. I’m a mid-level Executive assistant with 6 years of experience and currently supporting 5 executives at a fortune 50 company. One C level and 4 Vice Presidents. I’m currently making $61,000 with bonus included. Based on my research I should at least be making $71,400. I have a check in with my boss tomorrow and I am asking for a raise.

Having an Interview this week, and don't know how high I should set my salary expectations. I currently earn 24k/annum base + comission. Would it be unreasonable to say that I have 30k + comission atm? I think it also hardly depends on the location, I am currently working from Poand but would be working for a swiss company.
Currently have about 7months exp. and thoughts on this?
Appreciate the input

Happy Wednesday!!!!

I’m currently a Recruitment Consultant at an RPO with 4.5 YOE in Toronto. I received a salary raise last year. Recently I had another conversation with my manager for a comp raise. They was able to speak with their higher ups. Unfortunately, I got to know that they wouldn’t be able to increase my pay because of the economy. I’ve been working on heavy req loads and multi projects. But they are signing me up for a leadership program with a potential raise next year. Thoughts?

I work for a tech company that pays 100k tc plus 50,000 stock options. I have great work life balance, work 4 days per week on a 32 hour schedule plus it’s remote. Lately, I’ve been feeling like the compensation is on the lower end and just wanted to see if it’s in line with industry standards

SAP Hi i have 2 years of experience in sap sd and i have Hana certification with no hands on experience in Hana , could you please help to know how to get job in sap labs and what salary can I expect - my current CTC 5.5 lpa. And how should I prepare for interview

Rant: Help me to understand why some people here on FB will say they will refer you, say everything looks great, but don’t want to answer questions about their experience with the company? I could just apply myself, lol

I called to help desk and he advised to raise rectification request from Tax portal and update the challan number. I tried to raise request but need to upload some XML or json file there. I am not sure how to upload or modify that file.

I have been at the current hospital I work at in administration for about 11 years now. I am treated great, love the people and love the hours. They allow me to really create my own schedule based on my needs and have taken great care of me over the past 11 years. The only problem is that our CEO has stated that we will never be a company that gives yearly raises, merit based or cost of living. I have been offered another job with a competing hospital but scared to leave. Advise?
