2. What is the average annual hike ?
3. How is work life balance in SamsClub team of @Walmart ? Does it has shift work timing for software developers ?

To be "fair" it would need to be greater than the current inflation rate, which is what.. 8-9%? So maybe 10-15%. Doubtful that anyone will actually get that much of a bump, but that would be fair.
Yes 10-15 % would be a stretch for sure!
I was just thinking of this and 10-15% is fair but will that be the case for most? Sadly no
I have 15 plus years of experience & get paid the same as a new grad with No experience plus I’m bilingual in a predominantly Spanish speaking company; the newbie is not bilingual.. I am biding my time 😬😵💫
I would love at least 10-15% but I don't know it is going to happen in this economy. Then again, healthcare certainly hasn't had as much of a slump as other industries....
Anyone work in social work at a SNF/LTC? Pros/cons? I come from a hospital setting thinking about making the switch
Fair would've been if we gotten this compensation increase 2 years. ago, but better late than never. 15% would be great
What’s your current rate? Are you private or DSO?
Private and just looking for fair percentage
If it’s any less than 10% than it would especially be a pay cut when you take in to account the inflation!
