Hello! I have been a Pharmacy Technician for about 9 years now and I need to move on. My salary is in the mid 50s which is considered high for this role, so there is little opportunity to advance with this title. I've been applying relentlessly to other positions within and outside of my company. I have a BS in Biology and MS in Health Systems Management, but have struggled to land something else that I'd like to do in healthcare/pharmacy that pays better. Any suggestions??

I’ve heard that recruiters prefer one page resumes over two page, but how do you fit everything on one page if you have over 10 years experience and worked at more than a handful of companies? I’ve seen people squeeze things into one page with 10pt font and barely any blank space..is that preferred over two pages?! Lol

What are you email checking habits after hours or on weekends? Email, Teams message/call notifications gives me anxiety. I am constantly checking my emails and if not social media but my phone is always with me. I feel I need to keep my phone with me to check my and when there are no emails I am on social media. After trying to find an in-house job since July, I finally have an offer at a company that I really like. Total comp is around $20-25k off from where I want to be. Equity comp may be the only way to bridge the gap but they said they don’t normally include equity comp at the corporate counsel level, which is odd. I have found that most companies do. Has anyone received equity comp in negotiations where it wasn’t originally on the table?

This annual appraisal I have got a good % of appraisal increment on my salary but I was not promoted to a senior developer (although I have been mentoring a junior dev in my team and been part of building the project by implementing new technologies and tweaks) and my total YoE is 3.5+ years.
