Boston Consulting Group would you describe your case teams having a flat structure or is it very hierarchical? Also open to hear from other firms! At EY, I’ve found it to be very hierarchical. My manager who just joined 1 year before me and just made manager behaves like they are the all-knowing one with no regard for my thoughts or ideas, and I’ve heard similarly from a lot of teams at the firm!

Honestly, I've been on the fence about the DSA for a while. They have rational ideas ( was sane US healthcare, balancing inequality, etc.). But opinions like this are borderline undemocratic.
I don’t see any of what OP claimed in their statement, but the statement is partly true.
We care bc 1) it’s russian aggression and is a big red flag that we all knew was there and 2) because they look European.
There are super cuts out there of all the news anchor talking about what boils down to shock that white nations are going at it like this, or openly suggesting we care more bc the inhabitants are white and wear the same clothes as us.
(As an added bonus, some of the super cut accounts are getting flagged as Russian state media, so while it’s a problem, the agenda is being pushed by Russia still to support division.)
