My firm has so much work (SPAC IPO) and not enough associates. I am currently staffed on about 12 deals. I am making below market in NYC ( just breaking the $120k mark). I'm just here to vent, can't complain really though. I haven't had a job in months so I'm grateful.

How do you think ahead and be proactive? I am excellent when assigned a task but not thinking ahead/forward.
