This is a confusing scenario so please help me here to understand!
Most of the company has notice period as 90days but during interviews, they expect the candidate to join within 30 days. I know it's all based on requirement and criticality but even though the candidate is best suited and has knowledge, why can't they wait for him/her to join after 90 days?
How do we convince the HR team to take you in and wait for 90 days?

How do you learn the methodology behind quantifying adjustments if my team doesn’t teach / there are no trainings? It’s annoying not being provided guidance
