I live in a residential neighborhood near a university and I oftentimes run the track that surrounds the school. A few weeks ago, I ran into 2 men who were easily in their late 80s (maybe early 90s) and they seemed lost, so I stopped to help. It turns out, they weren’t lost, they were just planning their route because they walk 4 miles together every day. They were both professors at the school and now old friends. Something to aspire to - fitness and friendship - when I’m that age!
