Don’t get snap footies…only zippers and the magnet ones. Literally just return any given to you. You’re welcome!

Have two kids under three. I suggest… Nose frida, oogie bear, bum brush, frida nail clippers (the best!), boppy support pillow (for tummy time and sitting in), breastfriend pillow (for breastfeeding), white noise machine, baby shusher, and a couple different kinds of swaddles (but not too many of any one kind), and a mamaroo or some kind of swing.
You also need a lot of simple onesies - but I would register for those. People will buy you cute outfits not on your registry (it’s fun picking out baby clothes!) and then you can add a couple 5 packs of onesies easily! If your baby is born when it’s cold, then ZIP UP sleep and plays. My winter baby lived in those. The snap up ones have soooo many snaps. My summer baby lived in short sleeve onesies, which only have three snaps.
What D1 said, and an Owlet sock and sit up chair (we love the Fisher Price one).
Postpartum: attractive disposable underwear - Frida
Other Frida items that the hospital gives you but are ugly- ice packs that fit in the underwear, spritz bottle, witch hazel
Nursing bras- regular, sport bras, tank tops, other tops that are easy to pull down if you’re pumping on the go
Pumping bras
Pumping bag- refrigerated, etc
Thought I’d give you the list of postpartum items that I had no idea about when I gave birth this year! Everyone always focuses on baby and forgets about mom׳s needs!

Bring the pumping bra to the hospital! Glad I had it for my second kid… just had to hold the pump to my boobs with my first kid.

Postpartum-Frida Mom box hands down! Honey Pot Postpartum pads are also good when things taper off a bit; Kindred Bravely delivery gowns are also awesome for when you get home/ are nursing
Replacement bags for your diaper pail (if it has special bags)
Plenty of wipes
I liked having a nursing nightie because it was looser than nursing bras but could still hold pads for leakage
Lots of pads in case of leakage
Breastmilk freezer organizer
Some kind of floor mat (we have a Toki)
PM me! I’ll send you my list
Postpartum I loved my adult diapers! I was in the minority that hated the hospital mesh underwear. It was so easy to just wear the diaper and throw the whole thing out. And a nightgown for the hospital bc the nurses keep coming in to press on your stomach to check bleeding
