10 yrs experienced. I have an offer with Mercedes for 26lpa(Consultant band) and BNP paribas(Senior Dev) for 21lpa. Which one to choose for a good career over a long run. Though Mercedes offers good package not sure how automotive domain growth will be interms of IT compared to the BFS domain. Please provide your valuable suggestions.
