ZS Associates Hello folks, I am a permanent employee of Persistent. I am deputed at the client side. My client is an ZS associate. Recently I have resigned from persistent. But ZS is very happy with my work. They don't want me to go. My ZS manager has asked the persis manager to retain me OR remove the cooling period clause, ZS is ready to hire me as a permanent employee. I will be very happy is ZS takes me as Permanent employee. But will persistent remove cooling period clause? Persistent Systems Limited ZS

Best budgeting software for me has been Showbiz. Super convenient and intuitive. An upgrade from hot budget that is still adaptabl.
I like Showbiz a lot as well. Super versatile with tons of templates. I’ll be an even bigger fan once they have a cloud-based shareable solution.
They say they’re working on it. Question is how long it might be.
Been operating on HotBudget for years, though have been recently attempting to build a similar macro/function base which works in Google Sheets; allowing accounting better and easier access to our hard production costs. The cost of licensing this standard type of software (MovieMagic too), and that many have their own ecosystems, make cross-department book-keeping far more difficult than it needs to be. For me, the choice really comes down to oversight- who needs access and to what. Most agencies I've worked only require actualized top sheets on wrap. Hope this was additive.
I’ve used both hotbudget and showbiz in the past, but wasn’t sure if I could customize for the agency side of things
I fully customized the AICP Showbiz template back in the day when I was head of production at an agency that did almost exclusively in-house production. Talk to Steve Bizenov at Media Services. He knows everything about Showbiz... steve@mediaservices.com
Showbiz. Way better than hot budget
