Gym etiquette question - I was in the weight room of my gym and a girl was on a machine for at least 15 min, most if which time she was just sitting on her phone. I did the rest of my workout and politely asked if she was still using it because I could see that she was just sitting. She said no so I said no worries, I’ll wait until she was done. Stood a few feet away and was scrolling on my phone. She started yelling at me that I was hovering and needed me leave. Was I somehow in the wrong?

My first week on Factor meal delivery, I’m so impressed with the taste! They have all eating regimes, I chose Keto bc I’m trying to do low carb (not full keto) and found that when I reduce my carb intake to a more normal/slightly lower level, I feel less tired!

Having trouble losing weight and looking for suggestions. My standard caloric amount to maintain weight is about 2k (male/36/185lbs). Been eating at a 500 calorie deficit daily, so around 1500 calories a day, but I have very little energy to lift much weight at all when I go to the gym. Appreciate any practical recommendations, maybe eat more on days I workout? I'm just worried that having higher calories on my workout days and less when I rest could mess up my metabolism even more.
