Pizza can be healthy-ish. All you need is a cast iron skillet. Find a dough recipe (very easy). Let rise, roll, put dough on warm skillet, add toppings of your choice, and bake 15-20 mins @ 500.

I do this for craving sweet things or just bread:
90 second almond bread:
3 tbl of almond flour
1 egg
1 tbl of plain Greek yoghurt
1/2 tsp baking soda
A handful of blueberries sprinkled into dough
Mix well in a microwave safe container. Put in microwave for 90 seconds or until not liquidy and put on a pan with a little oil spray to toast.
You can also add garlic/onion powder + parsley instead of blueberries to make it a good bread for breakfast/dinner.
This sounds so good - especially with melted butter and cinnamon 😊

For weight loss, Meringues are incredibly low cal and are great for those with a sweet tooth. Other meringue based desserts such as pavlova are also amazing (you get a whole serving of fruit with pavlova and for the cream you can use reduced fat cool whip)
Angel Cake is also high volume, low cal than most other cakes
If you're going more for overall health, I suggest using almond flour or oat flour as a substitute for all purpose flour when possible, add things such as Zucchini or carrot to batters and see if you can replace oil with apple sauce, pumpkin, or even greek yogurt! Have fun with it!
