I have a weird experience with KPMG India . Two weeks ago I had salary negotiation with the HR manager. He told me that the offer will be released in a couple of days but I haven't received the offer letter yet.I tried reaching out to the HR manager but didn't receive any response. Shall I take it as no?
Hi Nagarrians, it's been 45 days now since I joined Nagarro I was assigned a team at the time of joining but since then I am waiting for interview to take place. Is this normal procedure? Although from day 2 my project manager asked me to fill the timesheet corresponding to one project which is no billable. I am having concerns now as I don't know if this is normal ?

They are huge on not negotiating salary there based on their blog.
Anyone know the base salary/expected commission? - It requires you to answer on the application. I would be so thrilled to work at the company I just want to put what they start out at.

Bounce. Teachers and cops make more than that in the NE.
Do you think this company cares about you? NO. Do what is best for you. Do not feel bad. 20k is very significant at your level.
There is no such thing as loyalty in our profession. Do you think PwC thought twice before cutting so many people in advisory with no notice?
75k for ACN is a joke. Our new analysts out of college are starting between 77k and 85k...
As long as it's signed and sealed and not some trick absolutely do it. You can always go back
If you leave now and go back, you'll be making significantly more than if you stayed.
I may be thinking like an idealistic baby boomer but isn't there room for loyalty in our profession? I mean I LOVE the idea of 75k, but then I'm already making more than I ever have. That said I don't think deserve a bump that massive (massive to me at least). Not saying that I wanna die with PwC, I've always wanted to work for MBB and imagined I'll either be leaving PwC for an MBA or an MBB so this is has caught me off guard. Also I've never heard of anyone jumping ship so soon have an undergrad. I guess I need more honest perspective (would love some MBB take on this as well).
Do it, OP. You can always go for an MBA or to MBB from ACN too. You meant ACN, right?
Yes, Accenture.
