You are so cute! First, breathe! Learn some breathing exercise beforehand so your head will have sufficient O2. Then, practice enough so you can build confidence in your materials! Know that no one knows this better than you! I have extreme anxiety issue with presentation so I take xanax before big meetings but that should be your last resort! You are young- practice practice and practice.

How soon is too soon to switch jobs? I went from boutique consulting to PwC thinking it would be better, but it’s the same. Only been here 6 months but thinking I should just get out now. I had a few quick hops prior too. They were all upward moves. But I don’t want be a job hopper (though it’s probably too late)

I got assaulted 3 years ago and fought back, leaving the guy with a broken nose, which is considered a serious injury. Because of that, I’m being charged with a felony. I have been arraigned already. Do I need to inform my employer? Looking for any advice as I’m terrified this will be the end of my career
