My score: 1, partner score: 7. Partner is content with 1-2x/ month. I prefer daily. The difference is I see it as a hierarchical need and she sees it as a reward for creating emotional stability. Fml

@D1 that is the wrong thinking. If someone wants to control you via sex you gotta drop them like a hot potato. It's hard to find someone with the sex drive as you, especially if yours is high, but I think somewhere in between usually works

D1: 3-5 times per night?!? Or week?

I'm curious about the evolution of the scores too. I just entered into a new relationship where sex is about 10 for greatness and 3-5 times per night. When should I expect the drop off to more realistic levels and what does that curve look like?

Men typically "need" sex and more of it for very different reasons to women. For women there is no physical release of semen. It is almost as if there is a physical need for men to do it with any woman, just like a baby nursing from a lactating female. The targetof the release is irrelevant, making it much more understandable why men are apt to have sex with any nubile woman to whom the are attracted.

Married 6 years. Once a week, but now trying to have a baby so it's 2 straight weeks everyday, then 2 week break. Haha.

@D1 it really depends on the couple. Since I am gone M-Thursday I have noticed I have less sex than when I was dating someone and around all the time. Been dating a little bit over a year now and the sex has only gone better, perhaps something to do with not being around often so the curve lasts longer

D2- I was in the same boat. I need it daily so I found someone who for now at least enjoys the same frequency. I'm curious if that sustainable or do they get you fall in love with them deeper and then slow down for control?

I'd say a 7. Been together 2 years, and it's pretty good at 3-4x a week. Going to live together starting next week so we will see how that goes.

D2, you described my situation perfectly.

D1 it's only sustainable if you have kids and choose them as a priority. It's still miserable, but it's something.

Interesting dialogue. Any other data points?

Sex trade should be legal and de-stigmatized!
