People on here are talking about billable hours and utilization... are those things that are tracked on an individual basis? We do it as a firm aggregate and thought that was the norm, but seems to be that it might be tied to specific people at other firms?

I’m a LCSW, have been working in mental health for 10 years, and have a job that enables HRSA to pay off my student loans. I really want to go back to medical school to be a psychiatrist. As my last agency was falling apart, I started looking for a new job, and per usual, it took a while to find the right fit. I hit the last interview for a job that sounded collaborative, accepted my skills, moved me to “Senior”. But they asked for my salary range and told me they had an interview w/someone else.
