I’m a web developer and I’ve been with the same company for 14 years. I’m making $45,000 a year. I’ve asked for a significant raise several times as my work load has only been increasing. I didn’t get along with one of my AE. She never included me in anything and spend 2.5 years ignoring me. If one isn’t her best friend, she doesn’t work with them.

I decided to leave so today I had my last 1:1 with my manager. He’s great and joined us a year ago.

Looking at houses around $800k. Just got introduced to the idea of a jumbo loan…. I have about $125,000 in equity in my current house, which will probably be closer to $100k by the time closing is done. My local lender is requiring 20% down on a jumbo loan, which I don’t have.
