FDD vs Valuations exit ops?

Currently speaking with recruiter for a Manager position at EY: 15 years of experience industry and consulting. How much should I expect?

I had a preliminary phone screening with a recruiter who asked my salary range. I tried to ask for their budget because i didn’t have the full position details, but they didn’t provide and asked again the range I was hoping for. I did end up responding, and secured an interview within the next couple of weeks. If all goes well will there be room for negotiations if I get an offer?

Any good recommended books on how to build a scalable product and team? I'm looking for recommendations for two areas: 1) in general laying the groundwork in a startup to have the tools and especially processes in place to scale, and 2) tactical focus on building a SaaS project. I've been promoted into a management role from Dev roots, so need to learn more PM processes to be an effective manager in day job, plus would like to start building my own SaaS solution.

Designers, have you ever been in a position where you’re pretty much taking the lead on all aspects of the project? I.e writing project briefs, putting together workshops with client, and on top of that you’re the one actually working the outcome of the project? I’m feeling so overwhelmed with a new project that came in and I feel like I’m pretty much the only one doing the work. And on top of that my salary doesn’t reflect the work that I’m doing.

I graduated with a degree in Business in 2018. I’m planning to pursue a Masters in Engineering (likely will pair with MBA) and have been taking the required pre-reqs over the last year from community college.

Is there a big difference between MEng and MS degrees? Or about the same?

I started off looking in going into Mechanical Eng but now looking more into Civil & Environmental.

Now HR is looking for salary discussion. But I don't wanna TCS now as I just have 4 YOE.
I wanna simply decline the offer discussion or reject the offer.

Sorry for cross-post but is in-house a feasible exit option for attorneys with the federal government? Let me preface this by saying that this is super premature as I just got the tentative offer from the government for a position focusing on labor and employment litigation before the EEOC, but I wanted to plan ahead and see what my options were down the road if I'm looking for a bigger paycheck.
