I think I got 20% or so, but I was underpaid campus hire promoted quickly. It's very unique to your situation. An external hire at the top of the pay band may perform similarly and only get 5-6% (but still make more!)

Hi everybody! 😊
I've been working as a Junior Analog Design Engineer for a year and half.
I received a proposal for a Senior Analog Designer role from Bosch in the same city where I am currently working.
Should I wait and build up a few more years of experience before accepting a Senior role or should I jump in and work to fill the gap?
Next year, there will be an important deadline for the project I'm working on and my resignation could be critical for the team, how would you deal with it?

I’m a dental assistant with 12 years experience. I have been staying home with my kids for the last 10 years but recently went back to temping. I would love to find something that was work from home instead. I have a passion for dentistry and the gut/oral health connection. Im also getting my Holistic Gut Practitioner certification. Anyone know of anything that’s work from home?

Quite opposite.. but has anyone been able to move out of Pharma? Worried that I'm getting stuck and recruiters only reach out for pharma accounts..

What’s the best HR certification? I’m looking to move to a generalist role from DLS (not with Amazon). I’ve been in disability for the past four years though so I think getting PHR/SHRM would be helpful for transition.

Do you guys think headspace has a guided meditation for “you worked all weekend on a pitch and got all the slides and comps done a bit early, leaving just enough time for the new biz person to get creative with the formatting at the last moment”? I could use it right about now.

Breitling updated the Navitimer and now there is a mint dial option. How did I miss this? I think it looks great; not sure I like mint better than black but so happy they put wings back on the dial. Any other Navitimer fans out there?
