SC at Booz = C at Deloitte I think
Is it the norm for C's to make 100? Sorry if this is irrelevant. I thought SC's came in at 100 post MBA.
D3 the range is huge. Probably 85-145
D3, there are many variables to consider (service line, exp hire/ new grad, rating...) but I am an SC pulling $115k in Fed for comparison
1st year SC, MS, exp hire
BAH1, no apology necessary, you're right! At Booz this is true (I used to work as BAH as well); they do pay there tech associates significantly more that MC's - but also at Booz, a senior associate in tech is unlikely to make more than $130-$150k which is on par for a manager at Deloitte in any service line... again just my 2 cents
What's your track record of ratings? What do you anticipate this year? Your raise bc of promo is probably like 5%, and the rest due to performance.
D1 - I'm a third year C (exp hire). I've gotten 2s the last two years and anticipate a 2 this year. I'm hoping I can at least get to 108k but that feels unlikely.
You get promo raise on top of the performance raise when you get promoted
What's the normal base salary for a SC in Fed?
Is S&O less money than tech?
Bah1, See my and D1's comments
D4 what year are you at SC? MBA?
Sorry, I was trying to get an idea of which service line was more and which less. At Booz, from what I believe, they pay their tech consultants more than their straight MC consultants pre-MBA.
