Hi Ladies! I received an email from Microsoft recruiter after 3 interviews to schedule a call for decision & feedback. I never had an experience before with firms on giving feedback. Usually, if it’s a happy decision we receive a call from recruiter and if it’s rejection then an email. Can someone share some thoughts on this. Thanks a lot in advance.
