Been using the Delta Platinum Amex for a years. I travel for work, but not often enough to justify the Delta Reserve. Right now, my wife has the same card, but it’s on my account. Almost every purchase we make is on the card, so we take a few flights with miles and the companion pass each year. Thinking about splitting our accounts just to get another Delta Platinum, get a big mile bonus, and then we’ll have two companion passes between the two of us each year. Anyone done this? Alternatives?

I got an offer 11LPA from one of the WITCH company and I told same to my manager and my manager told me that they will provide a hike and I would get between 8LPA-10LPA in TCS and told me to reject that offer and I did the same. now it is 3rd month no update from him I am asking him on every 15 days interval but he is saying that there is an organizational restructure happening because of that it is getting delayed.
Is he lying?

I recently interviewed with Natwest and I got confirmation that they wanted to offer a role. Salary negotiations were started. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. He expects to resume the hiring for the role in Q1 '23 and would resume the process then. So is it the end? Honestly, I don't expect him to come back. But what do you think?

I need insight on these “Tell me about a time” interview questions. I understand the response format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) however, I’m having difficulty with needing to have a story for a hella ton of scenarios when they’re asking these questions. Any tips/ tricks to pass this type of interview? So aggravating when interviewing and 90% of time in the interview are these questions and the last 10% are about your experience/ skills. Hey y’all. I went through an exceptionally traumatizing experience a few years ago that has totally & utterly shattered my confidence, self worth, self esteem etc. I have a hard time portraying my work experience + deserving of a new role.

For context, I did well in uni, got into law school but due to finances + the experience in question I didn’t end up going. Kept working in the public sector as a coordinator & now got my scrum master certificate to transfer to SM role in finance/ tech. Help
