Sounds like you need some Change Management
Are you a new to lifting? If so, I recommend StrongLifts 5x5 program... super simple and entirely focused on compound movements which is what you should be doing. Another option, crossfit which you can see results quickly if you regularly stick with it for a bit. Good luck, OP!
Yes it's called clean up your diet which 80% of the battle.
SL5x5 is good. I liked ice cream fitness 5x5’s. I could lift a lot of heavy weight in an hour, and for my body type I lost a lot of fat quickly.

What kind of results are you looking for? Trying to bulk? Be lean and cut? Work out will vary a little but like the others said, diet diet diet. You need to eat a lot of calories to bulk. You need to burn more calories than you eat to cut.
The diet is on point, people. I don't want to bulk, just want faster fat loss and toning. I actually started 5x5 so we'll see how it goes but I feel like I should be doing cardio too. I hear so many conflicting opinions in the fitness world so it's overwhelming
You can work in cardio as a warm up or cool down but there’s no need to spend 30 minutes on a treadmill. If you’re not feeling tired from 75 reps of heavy compound movements you’re probably not pushing yourself.
