Feel like I’m in a fog. Having trouble focusing, can’t remember shit, I’m depressed and sort of just numb. Is this something therapy can help? Medication? No idea where to start

I'm no expert and am definitely still in the process of sorting my shit out, but I'd start with a therapist. She or he can then help you determine next steps based on your sessions - whether you need a psychiatrist (who can prescribe meds), or continue working things out in therapy, etc

My anxiety has snowballed in the past month and I’m really struggling. If you think about that feeling of nervousness you feel when you’re about to walk into a job interview.. that’s how I feel all day every day.
