Glad it works for you OP, but it sounds quite trivial for something as simple as “hey honey can you do the laundry today”

Yeah, my partner has ADHD and it’s pretty easy for him to get distracted even when I remind him to finish something! So it’s nice to have a list that generates itself for him every day, without me having to do anything. Basically, I appreciate not having to come home and do extra management work :)

like

It has been a really great framework for my partner and I to 1) agree on what needs to be done and how often 2) agree on how “hard” each task is 3) take on work when we feel capable 4) stop bickering about who does more stuff / more important stuff. Really really recommend it or a system like it for others looking to simplify household chores management!!!

Thanks for the recommendation OP, this sounds great and def something we need (as we always talk about “difficulty level” of each task)

like

Totally agree, even for the same tasks we have an inflated sense of how much we do- eg, we both claim that we clean the kitchen 70% of the time 😅

That’s great OP! My husband and I just finished reading FairPlay and going through the cards and we are at the point of officially designation owners to the cards so maybe we can input the cards into this app and use it to track and swap who owns what etc Awesome!

So I started and I’m saddened that it costs money to split the, by person!

Wow thanks for sharing. I have ADHD like your husband so I looooove lists.
