What's the future of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) I have been offered this role.

I’m an immigration paralegal but I have an MA in human rights. I’ve been working at my org for 2 1/2 years but I don’t see an upwards growth for me unless I go to law school but that is really expensive and it’ll take a few years. I’ve tried to seek promotion to Senior paralegal but I’ve been told I don’t have enough experience. Does anyone have any advice on what organizations may be interested in hiring someone with my experience?

Starting to look for a part time nanny now we’re going back to office (3 days a week). Total newbs here and just starting the process. One potential nanny asked for PTO and vacation days (and being paid if we don’t need her one of the agreed upon days). This makes sense, but is this typical? I’m in LA.

Can anyone give insight on what your company is doing moving forward with vaccine mandates and work from home permanently? My team was given the option to work from home perm if they wanted. A lot of companies I’ve heard are doing the same thing and allowing people to wfh permanently but also have heard some companies are still going to push vaccine mandates for in office employees.
