Feeling completely burnout on my project. I want to roll off, but its my promotion year. Any advice?

Hello Everyone, I have 4.3 YOE currently and I was offered Engr II - Full Stack position in VDSI. But after doing some research it seems Engr II is usually for YOE between 2 and 4. Is this correct? Will there be a problem for me if I take up this position with my YOE? Since I am a lateral entry, I think promotion to Engr III also would take a lot of time. Also can you please let me know the current designation hierarchy in VDSI?

Hey Fishes, Recently got an offer from PharmEasy for the Data Analyst role with a 30 % hike from current salary at Deloitte, where CTC is 8.1 LPA But will have to pay in the training cost along with the joining bonus which comes up to 2.4 lac. Really confused what to do as I've been on bench for 3 months now with no learning opportunity and don't know what kind of projects I might get ahead and what about the wlb as compared to PharmEasy. Fishes! Currently, I am a Procurement ACon( tech implementation) but I have been put into reporting work ever since I joined the firm in November :( It's all MS Excel and PPTs.... Though in Excel, I learnt learnt about Power Query, power pivots and intermediate excel formulas... I am extremely scared about my future :( Is MS Excel a good to have skill for tech Consulting? I am half way through my MHA and am having a lot of anxiety about going further into student debt and unsure if this degree is necessary/will pay off.
