You’re never stuck. Sublease, AirBnB, tell a new job you need costs for lease break covered (sometime relocation fees can even cover that), tell your landlord you’re moving out of state. Life’s way too short to be so unhappy at a job it’s affecting your mental health so much
Leave the office on time, enjoy the summer Fridays, get a hobby, learn a new skill (e.g. I started learning an instrument), write down positive things at the end of the day, hang out with your friends as much as possible. Or even better: talk to your boss and stress out the issue so you can resolve it and discuss a growth plan, if not leave the place and find a job that truly excites you.
Hobbies and sports. Before you had a desk job, ask yourself what you used to do for fun?
Explore your options. Find a roommate to subsidize your rent, sublease the place, or put your stuff in storage and move home for a few months if that’s an option and then look aggressively for other work. Get your heart rate up everyday and do something physical for 30 minutes. For me that’s running. Realize you’re not alone and many of us have been where you are. Explore your options, feel FREE and you will unearth a whole new life that you love. It’s all possible.
Never ever ever pass up a good opportunity because of a LEASE

A job which is not particularly taxing can be a gift of sorts. Take advantage!
Don't look to your job to meet those needs. While it's great to be engaged intellectually, only you can make yourself happy. Adulthood can be a soul-crushing buzzkill at times.
