Joined in the month of August’22 with appraisal due in the next April’23; Tier 1 college
How much can I ask for my next potential employer as I have made my mind to stay for 1 year approximately.

I hear a lot of negative things about Guidehouse on here, but I received an offer that’s a 20% increase from BAH. I’m making mid 70’s at BAH in the health market with 4 yoe in DC area. I wanted to know about GH’s Oracle practice and how it is (which is what the offer is for). I was planning on leaving BAH anyways due to low pay/admin team issues.

I usually get an offer every couple of month and now that I wanna make a move, it has been difficult.

Thoughts on accepting an AAE position with the goals of getting a junior strategy position down the road? Necessary step or do you double down on finding that junior strategy position?
