I'm in a corporate group with only white, male partners and a bunch of white, male associates. I'm the newest hire and the youngest of the group, too. I totally understand your feelings. It took me 6 months to get friendly enough with the guys to start making little jokes. I've slowly started sharing things about myself with them and in turn they've opened up too. I happen to like video games and that's something the associates like as well. Pets are always a good topic. Ask for advice on when and where to take vacations. Get them talking about themselves. It's a process, though, so don't give up! Also, it's very likely someone will join your group and be the new kid on the block so you won't have to be!
That’s a difficult social situation. Maybe try to get coffee or lunch with each, separately. Try to build one-on-one relationship with them to the extent you can and then hopefully they will start including you more in their clique. Also, I would just make a point to attend any lunches or other events that you can with them. It will be awkward at first to be the odd man out but the more you are present and making an effort, the more they will get used to you as part of the social group.

Yes! I started a new role last year and tried to offer to take someone different to lunch each week. It’s a great way to meet new people. Just be willing to accommodate their schedule.
Are they into sports? I wasn’t but had a similar situation and picked up sports a bit—that helped bridge the gap
I’m really into sports. Asked if the one if he was watching playoffs this weekend, and he looked like at my like I was crazy.
