TCS Whitefield(13kms from my home) and IBM Manyata Tech( 23 kms). Joining date May 1st week. Offered almost same salary. Heard that IBM is calling back to office. Is it worth to join IBM, considering huge traffic near Manyata Tech Park? Can't change home as it's permanent. Please advise. Thanks IBM Tata consultancy sevices

If there’s a way for you to even take a 1 week staycation, do it. And plan a full vacation ASAP to be able to communicate dates to your new project. It’s really hard to just keep burning - setting yourself up for trouble.
What EY 1 said. A good weeklong staycation will definitely do you wonders. It’s a chance to get your mind off work, maybe read a book, or doing other shit you haven’t had the chance to do in a while
Your new project is a new opportunity. I was feeling the same as you last fall but then I finally got on a really good one in Jan that has entirely changed my trajectory at IBM for the better. Good projects are out there and you’ll get one eventually!
