Feeling sick but not sure if I should use a sick day :( kind of suspicious when the senior told me last week about sick days

I’m wondering how does medical insurance works with pregnancy. I mean is deductible reset to 0 after I add newborn to the insurance plan? Worried if my husband and I should plan to schedule all non-pregnancy doctors before the childbirth or it does not matter.

If it wasn’t for my 6yo, I’d probably just end it, tbh. I’m so sick of being poor. What am I doing wrong? I work my a$$ off every single day and I’m still struggling. I know it’s hard being a single mother but I feel like I’m NEVER going to catch a break. It’s not for lack of trying, either. I give every day 150% and I’m just so tired. Coworkers will invite me places and I have to make up excuses because I’d never tell them I’m broke. It’s embarrassing. It’s gettinghard to stay positive. Advice?

Which organisation has cheaper medical insurance ?

Someone needs to decide whether realization or utilization is more important because I'm sick of getting emails that say I'm under utilized and then getting emails that say I'm over budget! Can't win!

I haven’t worked out in a while and have gained some weight during the pandemic. I have been feeling very weak and guilty for not working out. But Everytime I decide to work out I get a big panic attack the night before and I end up not working out. I hate the feeling when the heart rate goes up while working out and I start feeling sick.
