I feel a little strange posting this here…but any recommendations for therapists in Denver?

I’ve been dealing with severe anxiety and depression for the past year, which has started to have very noticeable physical impacts. My PCP recommended therapy & SSRI medication, but I’m very weary of the medication route. I’d prefer to begin working with a therapist who could perhaps also provide an opinion/guidance on the medication option.

I've started my ivf shots (leuprolide and estradiol) for a frozen transfer next month. I got invited to an NFL game in a few weeks that I desperately want to attend but the game would be during my shot time.

Has anyone experienced anything like this before? I can't imagine the stadium will let me bring needles in. Did you just do the shot early or late and hope for the best?

Does anyone know anything about auditory processing disorder? I had my hearing checked, and it came back normal. But something is still off. I never had hearing issues until I started working in PA. Telephone calls are the worst for me. I keep saying "I'm sorry, can you repeat that?"

Have any of you used genetic labs like Delta Leaf or farmer freeman? Worth it or just hype?

Stress is causing a massive flare-up of racing thoughts recently. I feel like it's been at least a week or two since I last was able to completely clear my mind. I’m depressed. Nothing unique about my depression - I’m in big law, my career defines me, when I’m not working I can’t find the will to get off the couch, I’m sad or I’m numb…I know I’m the only one that can make a change to my life…I’m on antidepressants. Just extremely unmotivated and paralyzed. Self-help books are not for me, but I am curious - has anyone tried a guided depression/anxiety journal? Any recommendations if so? Or, if you have experienced the same, what steps did you take?

Not sure if this is the right place to post but I have really been struggling with work lately. I was diagnosed with ADHD in the winter and prescribed adderall. While it helps me get up and start my day, I still completely lack motivation to actually do anything even as simple as responding to an email. Prior to the ADHD diagnosis I battled with a panic disorder for about the last decade and was prescribed xanax. However my doc didn’t feel comfortable with both scripts so I no longer (cont)

Company A: Salary = $150k for senior manager position. Company isn’t well known and raised a $60mill series B.

I am switching employers to Accenture.

I am being told I cannot clear a right to work check until my BRP arrives. And because of this I will need to have my start date pushed by two weeks (start date is mid Jan right now, visa approved yesterday and they need the documents by end of week).

Does this make sense? I'm trying to argue my case as I don't like the idea of losing two weeks, and I am approved. I cannot control the post delivery times...
