👋 I’m currently a PM at a startup making $120k. I’ve got two offers at $150k. My dilemma is that I work maybe 25hrs/week and exceed expectations and I spend 10-15hrs/week on my side hustles which make about $100k. I have a senior that I feel like I am begging to communicate with me - I’ve had 3 separate conversations in the last week asking them to let me know when things are ready and to include me on certain emails. There have been opportunities between the conversations for them to apply what we’ve discussed and they simply do not. Do I have an option to be 1099d and just use the Company registered PIN to file their payroll taxes as a contracted employee?

I’ve been a consumer bankruptcy associate for 3 years pay is 65k. The other attorneys at the firm only do confirmation matters. I handle Mislc. motions, orders, confirmations, 341 hearings, mass court appearances, 85% of client calls for random nonsense and anything random that comes up. I was told I can only get a raise if I take on more responsibilities. This can’t be normal???? What practice areas can i shift to with such a niche field?

PTO means time off.

Not kind of time off. Not "hey could you do this one thing for me". Not "trying to save the client money so use your PTO but you'll be working". Not "let's turn everything into an emergency so they have to work".

If you don't respect their time off, then why should anyone respect yours?

Do not be reaching out to your teammates that are on PTO.

In the evening I received mail from HR for document submission like payslips, adahar,pan, education details etc.

Working at GDS in the PAS practice for less than a year now. Need some advise in building a career in HR consulting from people who may have experience. The type of work I get here is really transactional and something I won't consider work to be done by an MBA. The pay isn't good for a top tier B School either.

Where do you shop for non-work clothes that are on the more proper side? My sense of style correlates to the Theory brand but I’m 5’2 and my hips are 34 - which isnt the average proportion for their inventory. They fit more traditional European bodies (tall/skinny) and I’m struggling to find a brand that would have items proportional to my body. I tend to go for more petite sizes but can’t seem to find nicer brands. And before anyone suggests getting things altered, it kind of ruins the look.
