Firm also made record high revenue in the last 2 years and plus as EY1 said lots of cost saving

Contd. My take is that these extra costs would be absorbed by the Partners group in short run through cuts in their paychecks but will be passed on to the clients in the years going forward. Would like to know everyone else thoughts on this matter 😊😊

There’s less office events, no milestone in person events etc. they are def making it up elsewhere so don’t worry your little head. Revenue keeps going up or is steady for most regions

Lot of good thoughts here. Not sure that I have the answers, but it is extremely important that all stakeholders of the firms begin to understand the underlying economics of the industry. These are not unreasonable questions and people should not be afraid to ask. When it comes to strategy, organizational architecture, human resources, legal, and communications, the partners are very well advised. Everybody else needs to realize this and question this. And, most importantly, stop getting information about these topics from the partners and/or being afraid to ask.

I’m being 100% serious here, where is this 20-30% pay raise happening?
