I gained 30lbs during the pandemic and on the path to loosing all of it. I picked back my health after being severely burnout from school and work bc I realized my interviews carries stagnant energy

I hired a therapist, career coach, lost weight, even attended to church for the first time in years; but, I think burnout is still effecting me. Not many roles /company excites me and my professional confidence is at a low. Does anyone have advice on how pull out of this career lull?

TTC for ~2 years now. We Saw a obgyn and more recently an RE as well. They conducted all possible tests ( semen analysis , HSG , thyroid , ultrasound, genetic screening etc) and there is nothing wrong. At a loss to understand why we haven’t been able to get pregnant. Anyone experienced something similar ? The RE recommends IUI as next step
