Now no response from them yet, what should I do as it's already a week after new year holidays

The problem here is because Finance jobs requires exceptional skills and academics due to which he is not able to get shortlisted for most job interview screening, he is receiving interview calls from great companies but not able to convert them.
If anybody can help even with an Internship position at their firm that would be a great starter to his career.

Any idea what would be the pay package for accounts receivable role in Accenture for senior analyst ? As my current package is around 8lakhs so will they give a hike?

My firm’s policy requires a minimum tenure in current role before interviewing and switching to another internal role. I’m in interview processes with other firms for the role I want, but would prefer to do that role at my firm. Is there a way to negotiate with HR about this? I understand I’d have more leverage with a final external offer. But I worry by then I’d not have time to secure internal offer by the time the external offer deadline comes. How would you approach?
