Students on a visa are exempt from the substantial presence test, you need about 5 years in the US to be treated as a resident for tax purposes. If you graduated in 2019 you’ve been here for 4 years, you should qualify as a resident starting this year with your 2020 tax return.
Additionally, you would’ve needed to file the 2018/2019 tax return to qualify and meet the salary threshold.
Doesn’t seem like you’ll be eligible.

You don’t have any tax filings as a US tax resident yet, so they won’t be sending you any stimulus checks. That said, someone posted a couple days ago about potential credits after you file this year so you can look into that.
But filing as a student would be as a nonresident since he hasn’t been in the US for five years. His 2020 tax return would be the first filing as a resident.
Bahahahaha! Seriously?!

Did you file as a student? If so, you are like eligible.

You will need to claim it with your 2020 tax return, whenever you file. On form 1040 you need to complete the section for recovery rebate credit. Please work with a CPA to know more details.

if you are on an F1 visa, you won't receive it
I am on F1 OPT, received first check as it was based on my AGI from first year working when I only worked less than half a year. Been on F1 since 2012, filed tax as nonresident every year since 2014
