Fellow tax fishbowler, have a question of making a decision on which offer to accept. Got offer from both RSM and PwC in their ITS service line--PwC is ITS M&A group while RSM is ITS (generalist group). Supposed that RSM could easily do ITS M&A rotation as well, which one do you guys recommend?(I want to understand what's the skillset gap between the two firms when it comes to the same group and what's the marketability for future jobs in house)?

Any tips on giving notice at a firm where you know you're going to become enemy no.1 as soon as you say youre leaving? High turnover is rampant here but no one gets out w/o professional guilt trip :(
