Vision and dental are awesome. The UHC plans can suck a fat one.
Vision and dental rock. Not on the other ones
Healthcare is so FUCKING AWFUL.
PwC1 and PwC2 hit it right on the mark. Vision and dental is great. Healthcare suuuuuuuuucks
Thanks Obama
The United is horrible. I lost Open Access when they decided to not offer it anymore and everything is so expensive now. Vision is great. Dental is meh. Friends who have the legal plan like it, but I personally don't have it... It seemed like a waste.
I just can't believe how bad medical is. If you take any type of prescription you're fucked
So you should pay 5k if you have asthma? Or ADD? I don’t agree
...how can I get them for 2500?
If for so?
The best deal is the HDP with PwC contributions to your HSA. I was lucky and haven’t had many medical expenses the last few years so have been able to stash away a few thousand that will be able to cover any out of pocket costs that come up. That’s the route I’d recommend if your health conditions will allow it.
If you have a monthly prescription, you're paying 5k annually then ^
PwC 3 you don't seem to understand how insurance works. You should be paying the 5k out of pocket. Insurance is for low probability, high severity type events.
You don’t seem to understand that nothing is covered by insurance unless you meet your deductible ^
So if you have a prescription, you’re paying up to 5k per year for it. ^
As you should
Yes. Think about it. We have a tax system that allows employers to offer health care where the cost is excludable from income. So, health 'insurance ' has turned into a massive package to pay for anything health related since it is subsidized by tax dollars. And the cost has ballooned to a point where you and many others complain about it. Everyone agrees on this but no one wants to change it. Your asthma meds would only be $2,500 if you didn't have to get them through your 'health insurance ' plan.
Start by telling everyone to eliminate the tax exclusion on employer provided health care
