Fellow 🐠, recently laid off while on H1B. Married my partner who is a US Citizen. As I understand it, I have a 60 day grace period from date of termination to apply for new jobs and begin visa transfer through employer. However, going to begin AoS for marriage based GC. Do I still have to worry about the 60 day grace period? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
