Context:
I started working as a young age having founded an accelerator-backed startup and growing that company. Now I work for a venture builder and VC firm while I'm finishing college. Because of this my grades haven't been grade really. Would that affect my chances of getting in considering that I have more experience than other candidates at the same age or level?

Looks like B4 partners makes the most $$ in the long run, even tech/FAANG or industry level senior roles doesn’t pay more then $600-700k, except a few roles like ceo/IB/PE/other financial roles/startup rsu (of u r lucky). Came to the conclusion after reading all the posts in this and other bowls. May be MBB, but if u add pensions, I think B4 is better. Thoughts?

Looking for some career advice: fairly happy with my current situation at KPMG but the workload has been unusually high recently and likely will be for a while. Decent salary just not where I think I should/could be and raises/promotions are typically only once a year. My team is great and I actually enjoy the work, but I’ve been contemplating whether I should apply to MBB or other top consulting firms for the chance at a much higher salary. Any advice or experience to share?

I’ve been prepping for MBB for months but I know I’m still not ready. I’m struggling with staying structured and with creative questions. I’m really frustrated because I feel like I’ve put in so much work but I’m not where I need to be to make it. I know if I interviewed today I wouldn’t make it through.

I’m currently a senior in FDD and contemplating trying to move to MM IB and then eventually BB IB. My main goal is increasing my pay ceiling but not sure how long I’d last in BB IB if I get there since the hours are brutal. I recently made the switch from industry finance to consulting and I’m struggling to find my place within the role. I was brought on as a Sr.Associate and I feel like I’m not producing at the same level as those below me. I’ve been told that my focus probably needs to move from producing deliverables to guiding/leading those who are producing deliverables.
