I have a dumb question... I have my first jury trial coming up in a few months. It's a 3-day auto accident trial. I'm the plaintiff attorney. My question is, should I have my client present the entire three days, or am I okay to tell them that they're fine to leave after they testify?

team, please help which country/company/job provide long term career in the IT, so much company india, have different rules, different times, have to earn future needs, past companies after years nowadays staying upto 8 years with company is not promising about project/job/tasks, even skill upgrades from field, consulting, supporting, devops, cloud etc

Do you charge on client code when working on a weekend for the client? My manager explicitly told me not to charge and I find this very unethical. Not sure what to do about this. I feel indignant that they are making us work on a weekend and that we cannot even record it on the timesheet

Hi fishes need some adivice. Getting offer with wipro for 24.5 lpa but in hand is 18 after pf deduction of 2.3 lpa and variable of 1.8 lpa and amdocs as a client.
