If it's your first time then just go for a generic version. I just get mine from Costco, nothing super fancy about it.
Isopure is the gucci shit

Rule 1 Protein if you're trying to lose weight, basically no carbs, low sodium compared to a lot of other protein powders and a ton of BCAA's to boot.
ON
Isopure natural.
Traveling I use Isopure and Quest.
Casein is great before bed and whey during the day and post workout. Avoid soy.
Myprotien is great for ratio per price. However, as with any supplement it's just a SUPPLEMENT to a diet. Not a replacement or quick fix. ISO whey proteins are basically easier on the stomach for people that might have an intolerance to whey, but if you don't have any issues with whey/dairy no need to spend extra for it
P3 - if you're lifting heavy on a regular basis you are probably not getting enough protein from natural sources, that's why most ppl supplement with protein powder. BCAA's are one of the key supplements if you're trying to build muscle, not saying they're necessary but having them is an added bonus.
@P2 fair. I'm local and lift heavy 4 days a week, never needed BCAAs. But the local part allows me greater control over my food intake. Different strokes for different folks
Why is it a 🦈?
That's what I was worried about too!

As a 🐠, I feel threatened by the 🦈. 😧
I'll also go against P2 here, BCAA's aren't needed if you're consuming enough natural sources of protein (e.g. Chicken breast), supplementing with BCAA's aren't needed as most (if not all) you'll really need can be found in regular protein sources
TSRRULE1 - coupon code for 10% off Rule 1 in case you go with that
so i guess the overall verdict is that whey is good, iso if u are lactose intolerant, and need to make sure the sugar and carb content is on lower side... am i missing anything?
