Making money to provide for my family is what kept me in it. I enjoy the daily challenges and constant change. Plus, representation matters so I’m hopeful my progress will help others after me. It’s a good space, so stick with it if it’s something you want to do! You can do this!

Why I stuck with it - the challenge of what I was doing. The people I work with and the talent who grows with me. As a mom to a young daughter, an opportunity to be me and really make a difference to both my clients and be a role model to my daughter that she can do whatever she sets her mind to as she grows up. Ups and downs? Absolutely. But the challenge, the problems my teams are solving for our clients, and their personal and professional growth make it more than worth it for me.

At the manager level and I’m interested to see the responses from higher levels. I am hoping that post pandemic flexibility makes it a little easier to balance kids/pregnancy and travel.
