Thick thighs save lives!
Dammit A2 beat me to it lol
I've heard that if you gain the weight back you end up lumpy. Is that true?
I have big legs too and I'm skeptical about long term success of lipo. I have been able to lose weight in my legs by diet and cardio without and incline. I run/walk at least 3 miles a day. It doesn't have to be high intensity just consistent.
You'll just gain it back unless you change your life style
P2 how long before you saw results?
I've been very consistent for 3 months now and I've seen significant process. I'd say a few more months and I'll be set. I was a serious athlete in my teens and early 20s then lost all the tone muscle. Now I'm focused on slimming them down and then will shift to toning them through Pilates and barre. I want more of a dancer body.
No lumps or bumps after my lipo. Requires a very experienced plastic surgeon to avoid complications. But it's a very common procedure in PS. Just know the first few days post-op are quite uncomfortable. Pain meds definitely required.
