level area manager position at Amazon. I’m working on multiple stories related to the leadership principles. Can anyone provide me some tips regarding the role?
There are 16 leadership principle and I’m thinking of creating some stories around each but the thing that concerns me is what if the questions they ask are related to the same principle and I might have already used up my stories. Something like that. Can anyone please help? Amazon Amazon

I’ve been in the business a long time as well. 6 agencies. I can tell you with absolute certainty that high caliber global CCOs do not get fired for consensual relationships, even if it involves infidelity. When you fire a person who brings in millions of dollars in revenue, you do so because the liability of keeping them is greater. It’s not a moral judgment, it’s a financial one.
Been driving a long time. See a LOT of cars. Never seen a drunk driver personally. Doubt they exist. We should prob stop the “MADD” campaign as my experience tells me this isn’t a problem
Is this like an internalized misogyny bot or something?
What. Are. You. Talking. About.
But you know these guys who’ve been fired weren’t fired because of consensual relationships, right?
Your experience is not everyone’s reality. That’s all there is to say.
Bait bait bait. Don’t fall for it folks!
Cool...?
OP, you don’t have a right to the details unless you’re involved. But you can trust that the people who run these agencies are not in it to lose money. The details you don’t see scared them enough to fire their biggest revenue earners
Sorry, why does anyone need to know the details to form an opinion on people’s personal lives? Are we doing a national vote on whether people should be fired or not? Is this a jury panel? They did shit that went against their contracts and obligations in managing staff, and were fired for it. It’s not a crime, but it is a breach of contract. You are not the eye of Sauron. You are not an all seeing god that must decide whether to send someone to heaven or hell. It literally does. Not. Concern. You. Focus on something else that does.
In others words, these guys were doing bad shit and the evidence was overwhelming. Otherwise, they’d still be there
It happens. Maybe it hasn’t happened to you but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen. Rampantly. What’s wrong with you that you need to deny this for other women? You are not all women. Now you can sit down.
@digitasLBI, can we be friends.
OP I don't think anyone would disagree that "consensual sex is not a crime." In fact, consent is literally ALL that is required but these men have abused coerced harassed threatened and assaulted women- their coworkers WITHOUT their consent and that is literally the entire problem here.
You. Are. Part. Of. The. Problem. Jeeeezusss
That’s hot
Is it so difficult for people to believe there are bad people in the world? In our industry? In our agencies? Rape, assault, harassment. Why are we fighting the existence of real things? Just because one person might have lied about their house being robbed so they could cash in on their house insurance, are we saying all robberies are fake? Just because you’ve never personally witnessed a robbery, does that mean they don’t happen? How much detail about a robbery do you need before you can conclude it’s real? So interesting that when it comes to other of crimes or inappropriate behaviour folks are on board, but whenever it’s centers around harassment or assault (which primarily affects women), people mysteriously conclude that it must be a lie because they’ve never witnessed it firsthand or because someone, somewhere lied about it in the past. Interesting.
But the higher up you are, more of a target you become. I wish more details were made public on each instance.
Copywriter 1, I think you’re referring to DMA here, but no one else is. All of the comments above are about people wanting to make their own judgements about the harassers which there is no need for them to get clarity on. They are harassers. End of story
Not bait, just not enough characters to finish my point... I feel like while it's wrong to sleep with subordinates, it wasn't always the case in the early 2000s... people shouldn't be punished now if they haven't behaved badly in the past years. Especially if they're somewhere completely different. Unless you're talking rape or serious offenses.
