I Have interviewed on TCS , i have cleared the technical round, i was asked to upload documents that too is verified by HR and gor call regarding salary discussion and sent me salary structure acceptance for releasing offer, my status in iBegin is "Evaluation in Process" its almost 10 days not recieved offer letter till yet. When i contacted HR he is saying your offer letter is only pending for 2 approval, he said u will receive it by eod , but i haven't So worried does it take this much time🤞

If a person gets 20lpa offer he pays nearly 4 lacs as tax.Inorder to get relieved from tax.he need to get a counter offer of 24 lpa ..then after tax deduction of 4 lacs ..his take home will be 20lpa..

I built a small business that generates about 100% profit margin. Set up the LLC got trademarks, have all my suppliers, everything's all ready to go. I get daily orders. 4th year big law associate here (the most jr. of the group). I feel as if I’m treated as a senior associate’s personal assistant. Constantly asked to prepare signatures packets for one off documents, compile one off documents, etc. all for deals I’m not even on. I feel I shouldn’t be doing these administrative things at my level but maybe I’m being a brat. Curious to know what types of work — from a responsibility standpoint — other big law midlevel associates are doing. Thoughts?

Any thoughts on when making a lateral move as a mid-level litigation associate will be feasible again? I want to make a change, but (for obvious reasons) I worry firms may not be looking for any more mouths to feed at this time.
