Few days back i got my resignation acceptance email from tcs HR. I did not get any calls that they want to retain me with offering some extra pay. Hr just asked my offering details i told them I am going for better pay
At last working day they wont surprise me right we want to offer you some extra pay and think about it. We will extend your last working day for 1 or 2days to take your decision.
Please share your thoughts,if any one has faced this issue.

I have an experience of near 6 years and I have an offer from JPMC and Pepsico. There's a difference of 5-6 LPA. Pepsico is paying more which is basically a variable component. In Pepsico, project/product development will start from scratch. Though JPMC is an established brand name. Which company should I join? Any suggestions and advice are most welcome.
